A simple place to begin…

Over the years I’ve developed a short practice that helps me return to my center.

I’ve used it before job interviews, presentations, first dates, improv performances, and in moments when life simply felt overwhelming.

It’s a simple way to return to the body, reconnect with your deeper clarity, and access the inner authority that is already there. I sometimes call it my Attuned Soul Alignment Pause (ASAP).

You don’t need a long meditation practice or a perfectly quiet environment. It can be done almost anywhere, in just a few minutes.
